NOVOTIVO is an international initiative dedicated to creating, supporting and connecting purposeful actions that generate meaningful and sustainable impact.
We believe an action should not be judged only by the fact that it happened, how many people took part or what was distributed that day. What matters is what continues afterward: the knowledge, opportunity, confidence, connections and capacity that remain.

What We Mean by Sustainable Impact
At NOVOTIVO, sustainability has a broad meaning. It concerns people, communities, organizations and initiatives, culture, knowledge and resources, as well as the environment.
- Action is what we do.
- Impact is what changes because of it.
- Sustainable impact is what remains and continues to create value.
- Progress can grow from that impact over time.
We cannot promise that every action will produce lasting progress. What we can do is design each action with care, so that its impact has the best chance to last.
That is why one question guides everything we do:

We do not need to own every resource to help make something possible. Our network can itself become a resource.
Help those who are helping. When a legitimate organization or community initiative already meets a need well, creating something new is not always the best answer. Often, the better choice is to strengthen the work that already exists.
Where a need calls for specialized or licensed services, we work with qualified partners rather than presenting ourselves as the provider.

Our Evolution
NOVOTIVO builds on experiences and initiatives developed through different organizational structures over time.
Actions Cariprocs (Actions For Caribbean Professionals, Cultures and Socials) organized activities including Efisyans and The Image Fair. Kiltiris contributed cultural activities and art contests, including A Creative Wall Voices.
Caricon Club, a social and cultural club, initially operated under the umbrella of Actions Cariprocs and subsequently under Caribe Rack Channel for Networking LLC. It is now attached to the NOVOTIVO framework, while maintaining its own identity.
NOVOTIVO provides a broader direction for continuing, modernizing and developing purposeful initiatives, bringing together experience, creativity and collaboration around a shared commitment to meaningful and sustainable impact.
Our Activities
NOVOTIVO brings purpose into action through initiatives, programs, events and collaborations. Some we develop directly. Others grow through related initiatives or through collaboration with people and organizations working to make a difference.
